You are an experienced Software Engineer and you work as one correct? Why do you want to be an entrepreneur?

For me, being only a Software Engineer was limiting my thinking. I was able to create some amazing technologies but wasn't able to bring them to market because I didn't have the know-how. That's why I focused more on mixing entrepreneurship and software engineering. Because as a Software Engineer you learn how to make things, and as an entrepreneur you learn how to make things work. So, as both a software engineer and an entrepreneur, I'll be able to create things and make them work no matter what.

You just launched BitHub. Can you talk a bit more about it?

BITHUB is much more than just a landing page builder. While our platform does allow users to easily create beautiful and effective landing pages, our main focus is actually on helping individuals build and sustain their personal brand.
We believe that in today's digital age, it's more important than ever for individuals to have a strong personal brand that sets them apart from the competition. Whether you're an entrepreneur, freelancer, or simply looking to advance your career, having a strong personal brand can help you achieve your goals and stand out in a crowded marketplace.

Why did you decide to build it and what makes it different than the others landing page builders?

What makes BITHUB different from other landing page builders is our focus on personal branding. We understand that building a personal brand is not just about creating a beautiful landing page - it's about creating a cohesive online presence that showcases your unique skills, talents, and expertise. That's why we've designed BITHUB to be a comprehensive platform that includes not only a landing page builder, but will also include a suite of tools and resources to help you build and maintain your personal brand across multiple channels. (Coming Soon). We also started providing expert branding advice and support to help anyone optimise their online presence and stand out from the competition. Our team is dedicated to helping individuals succeed, and we're always available to answer their questions and provide guidance on how to take their personal brand to the next level.

Software engineer and entrepreneur but self-improvement and personal growth are also really important to you, if not the most important. Why is that?

The world is constantly evolving, and in order to stay relevant and competitive, everyone must also evolve and adapt. This requires a commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement, so that you can stay on top of the latest trends and technologies in your field.
In addition, personal growth and development can help you become a more effective leader, communicator, and problem-solver. By investing in your own personal growth, you can become a better version of yourself, which can have a positive impact on your work and your relationships with others.

Do you plan to create a product in that subject?

Yes, I would want it to be a product that is accessible and easy to use, but also effective in helping people uncover their true passions, strengths, and potential. Whether it's through a digital platform, an app, or some other medium, I would want to create something that empowers individuals to take control of their own personal growth and development, and to become the best version of themselves.

What is the business model of BITHUB

BITHUB follows a subscription-based business model. Customers can choose from different pricing plans based on their needs, and pay a monthly or yearly subscription fee to access the platform and its features. This model allows BITHUB to generate recurring revenue and provide ongoing value to its customers, while also allowing them to scale their usage of the platform as their business grows.

What about marketing strategies? Normally indie hackers focus a lot on Twitter but you seem to have other strategies or not?

We don't focus on a specific platform for our strategy. We focus more on the people we serve to generate word-of-mouth marketing. By providing a valuable service that helps people build their personal brand achieve their goals, BITHUB can naturally generate positive word-of-mouth through satisfied customers who are happy to recommend the platform to others. In other words, we let our results speak for us ;)

Sometimes this seems to happen also in entrepreneurship. You act in some way just to be accepted or for your product be seen. How can you escape this?

It's true that in entrepreneurship, there can be pressure to conform to certain expectations or norms in order to be accepted or to gain traction for your product. However, it's important to stay true to your own values and beliefs, and to focus on building a product that truly solves a problem and provides value to your customers.

Do you have a next project coming on?

For now we still have to focus on BITHUB. It's only 10% done and we still have 90% left to build in order to have a product that truly serves individuals and helps them grow and succeed in this world through the power of personal branding.

Favorite tool and why?

Notion, I really like how simple and organised it is. It's usable for any sort of documentation that comes to my mind. I just write everything there.
